Volunteers for Donation Drop Off Days
We still have a lot of volunteer openings for our February drop off dates. PLEASE volunteer and bring your sophomore along to help

Post Yard Signs
We had yard signs made to promote the Rummage Sale and have some left to disperse. If you would be willing to display a sign in your yard, please contact Andrea Baldacci at abaldacci@aol.com.
Donations Needed
Donations make the Rummage Sale possible. Please help spread the word to neighbors, friends, relatives, and community members throughout Walnut Creek and our neighboring communities! We are accepting donations every Wednesday from 3:30 – 5:30 and Saturdays from 10:00 – 1:00 up until March 14th. The drop-off area is on the Las Lomas basketball courts located and accessed behind Whole Foods. Drop off days will be canceled on rainy days!
UPDATES REGARDING DONATIONS:
- We are now accepting used cell phones.
- Due to storage and resale space constraints, we are no longer able to accept televisions, clothing and shoe donations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Long Term Needs
The number of volunteer (parents and sophomores) opportunities on March 16th and 17th will truly require a small army. To learn more about our volunteer opportunities, email Corinne Coffrini at ccoffrini@yahoo.com. Stay tuned for details on how to sign-up. In the meantime, please save the dates!
March 16th from 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (There will be shifts!)
The 1st ARMY OF VOLUNTEER requests includes:
- Merchandise coordinators to unpack, price, and display donated merchandise. These positions are vital to the success of our Rummage Sale…several people have already stepped up but we have 6-8 more openings to fill!
- Gym set-up: tables, shelving, chairs
- Transport donated merchandise from storage containers on LL basketball courts to LL gym. We will need several dads and sophomore boys to help move furniture and some of our larger items!
March 17th from 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (There will be shifts!)
