PTSA Mission
The Las Lomas PTSA is a member of the Las Trampas Creek Council of PTAs under the California State PTA and the National PTA. The mission of the Parent Teacher Association, a national organization, is to be:
- A powerful voice for all children,
- A relevant resource for families and communities, and
- A strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.
The many volunteers of the Las Lomas PTSA assist with a myriad of projects and programs:
- Provide funding to maintain technical classes on campus
- Professional Development & Staff Training
- Manage TRI-S at beginning of each school year
- Produce our Student/Parent Directory
- Promotes student health and wellness working with the School Nurse
- Provide informative school-wide eCommunications newsletters and website
- Provide valuable scholarships and awards to deserving students
- Manage and promote the Las Lomas eScrip program
- Have a pro-active Legislative Advocacy Committee that represents Las Lomas in Sacramento
- Provide much-needed support to our wonderful Las Lomas Teachers & Staff
- Coordinate volunteers for various student events
- Support the Las Lomas Student Leadership Program
- Partner with the WCEF, Performing Arts Foundation, Athletic Boosters, Alumni Association and Parent (Class) Advisors.
Las Trampas Creek Council of PTAs (LTCC) Legislative Advocacy Team

receive with the passage of just one vital piece of legislation."
The laws enacted by local, state, and national bodies are primary sources of public policy, and Las Lomas PTSA is dedicated to the continuous improvement of our children’s welfare and education. A primary mission of PTSA is to have a vital and active Legislative Advocacy program that will:
- Keep parents informed about vital state and federal education issues
- Assist parents in developing the tools and skills of effective education advocacy
- Encourage individual and collective participation in the democratic process
- Vigorously advocate on issues that are of concern to local school communities

PTSA Association Meetings
Meetings are held in the Las Lomas Library at 7pm on the first Tuesday of the month unless otherwise noted.

Tea with Tiffany
Tea with Tiffany is a monthly gathering with the principal. They are a good opportunity to meet with her casually, hear about exciting events on campus and share your thoughts on school matters. The get-togethers take place in the Las Lomas Library at
8:30 AM on the dates listed below.
