The Performing Arts Foundation of Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek invites you to its annual fundraising poker night at Back Forty BBQ.

This is an adult event: no guests under 21 will be admitted. Buckle up and start the evening at Knight at the Saloon at 6:00pm with a buffet dinner, our popular wine pull and a poker lesson. Poker tournament will begin promptly at 7:00pm.  All proceeds to benefit the enrichment and support of the Performing Arts at Las Lomas High School.

Las Lomas Performing Arts Foundation (Tax ID# 68-0026709) is a 501(c)(3) public charity.  

In exchange for the Ticket Price, the recipient(s) will be provided with food and $20 in starter poker chips with an estimated fair market value of $20 per person, and this food and entertainment portion of the Ticket Price is not tax-deductible.   Only the portion of the Ticket Price in excess of $40 per person is tax-deductible, to the extent otherwise provided by federal and state tax law.

The Las Lomas Performing Arts Foundation supports our outstanding music, choral, and theatre arts programs through the volunteer efforts of our Board and donations from parents, friends and local corporations. Our teachers and Board members work together to assist our departments with event publicity, performances, receptions, trip planning, and fundraising. Donations are used to enhance student learning by hiring coaches, updating equipment, providing instruments, student scholarships, and recognizing and awarding students for outstanding musical and theatrical achievements.

Become a Patron Donor of the Las Lomas Performing Arts by making a donation. Each Donor Level will be recognized and receive benefits below:

Bronze Patron: $30 - This is the recommended donation for all students engaged in LL Performing Arts. In recognition for your contribution, your name will be listed in PAF programs.

Silver Patron: $60 - In recognition for your contribution, your name will be listed in programs.

Gold Patron: $100 - In recognition for your contribution, your name will be listed in programs and enjoy Advanced Seating at music and drama performances at the LL Theatre.

Platinum Patron: $250 - In recognition for your contribution, your name will be listed in programs, enjoy Advanced Seating at music and drama performances at the LL Theatre, and receive (2) free tickets for Opening Night at the Fall Play.

Diamond Patron: $500 - In recognition for your contribution, your name will be listed in programs, enjoy Advanced Seating at music and drama performances at the LL Theatre, and receive (2) free tickets for Opening Night at the Spring Play, and your name added to the LLPAF plaque in the theatre lobby.

Double Diamond Patron: $1000 - In recognition for your contribution, your name will be listed in programs, enjoy Advanced Seating at music and drama performances at the LL Theatre, and receive (2) free tickets for Opening Night at BOTH the Fall Play and Spring Play, and your name added to the LLPAF plague in the theatre lobby. You may also appreciate Reserved Parking in front of the theatre.

Knight's Circle Patron: $2500+ - In recognition for your contribution, your name will be listed in programs, enjoy Advanced Seating at music and drama performances at the LL Theatre, and receive (2) free ticket for Opening Week at BOTH the Fall and Spring Play, and your name added to the LLPAF plague in the theatre lobby. You may also appreciate Reserved Parking in front of the theatre. Additionally, you or your student may enjoy (2) half hour lessons with an instrument of your choice.

PAF Mission Statement and Accomplishments

The mission of the Las Lomas Performing Arts Foundation (LLPAF) is to enable and support the highest quality education and experience in the performing arts at Las Lomas High School and to foster an enhanced appreciation of these arts in the school and local community.
