PTSA MEMBERSHIP 

If YOU and YOUR STUDENT are PTSA Members, you will both have a voice in the decisions that are made on behalf of ALL students and teachers!  Student members can attend meetings and are voting members!

 

The following Membership options are available for purchase:

 

Sponsor:  $100 includes up to 3 memberships (Please list the 3 members' names)

Advocate:  $250 includes up to 4 memberships (Please list the 4 members' names)

 

Always a Knight:  business membership: $500 includes up to 10 memberships (Please list the members' names)

 

Student & Parent/Guardian Membership:  $42 (Please list the 2 members' names)

Individual Membership:  $21 (Please list the member's name)
