Hard to believe, but Junior Prom is right around the corner: March 19th at Crow Canyon Country Club!

We have been working hard trying to raise money for this event during these unprecedented times, and we are very excited to provide our students with a KNIGHT to remember. Please keep in mind we are navigating an ever-changing landscape of regulations, and we are doing our best to make sure our event adheres to current guidelines while allowing as many of our students as possible to safely enjoy this event.

PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY - students will NOT be allowed to attend if any of these forms are missing, incomplete or altered!

* Per county guidelines, students must be vaccinated (with second shot administered by March 5th) or show proof of a negative Covid test (from a lab that shows the student’s name on the results) within 72 hours of the event.

*Tickets are on sale in the Webstore here: Early Bird pricing of $135 ends Feb. 14!!!

*We will be hosting collection tables on campus where students can turn in the following - FORMS ARE DUE BY MARCH 4TH:

  • Receipt of purchase from Webstore

  • Copy of Vaccination card (if applicable)

  • Permission slip

  • Completed Guest Pass if bringing either a non-Junior LL student, or a student from another school (guests also required to show proof of vaccination or negative Covid test within 72 hours of event)

Students will be transported by bus to Crow Canyon Country Club.  We ask that students arrive at Las Lomas at 4:30 to allow time to check-in and be breathalyzed. If a student or guest is submitting proof of a negative Covid test, they must bring this print out to check-in along with ID.

Please act early and start any paperwork (especially Guest Pass if applicable) soon. It will help us all minimize last-minute stress for everyone, most importantly our kids, if all required paperwork is filled out correctly and turned in at the same time.  We have all become used to pivoting over the last couple of years, but with your help, we can ensure that this event goes smoothly and allows our kids a wonderful high school experience!

More news to follow in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye out for any updates. Questions about the event can be directed to any of the Class PAs.
