Senior Memory Boards - due in the office by TUESDAY 4/22/25

We are asking each Senior Family to create a Memory Board for their graduating senior. These will be displayed at the Senior Picnic on April 30th and at Graduation on May 30th.

Basic guidelines below:

1.    Create your collage digitally through CVS, Etsy, etc (you choose where!) and print.

a.    CVS offers “Simplistic Collage” and is SUPER EASY!

b.    https://www.cvs.com/photo/s/simplistic-collage

2.    Size should be 11”x14” and in LANDSCAPE (horizontal) format

3.    Lamination required (you may need to go to a different copy center to have this done (FedEx on Mt. Diablo does it)

MANDATORY GRADUATION PRACTICES

Students are required to attend graduation practices to be able to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Wednesday, May 28th, 1:15pm-3:15pm (after finals on Wednesday)

Students will be able to get lunch from our cafeteria prior to graduation practice starting, snacks will also be provided.

Thursday, May 29th, 1:15-2:15 (final run through) meet on the field.

The final run through will also be when wristbands will be distributed for families who need to have field access due to a family member with a disability. If parking is needed, (we have a very limited number of parking spaces) a parking pass will also be given to families to show staff when you arrive at graduation. Please note, lost wristbands will not be replaced.

GRADUATION, Friday May 30th, 5:30pm

Gates will open at 4:30pm. Students report to the gym at 4:30pm to line up in rows. Graduation will also be broadcast on WCTV, a link will be shared closer to the date.

Parking for Graduation

Parking will be an issue, sadly it always is. I would encourage everyone to come in as few cars as possible or even consider using a ride share service. Macy's parking structure is also a good spot - the traffic will also back up near our entrances. Please allot extra time to be able park and get to the field. Families with parking passes will park in the area that is normally reserved for staff parking during school day.

Seats on the track for family members with disabilities:

There are a limited number of seats reserved on the track for families with a family member that has a disability or is not able to walk and sit in the stands. We are not able to have more than 4 people per family on the track. Information on reserving those seats will be coming from school admin soon.

LAS LOMAS ALL KNIGHTER – Safe Grad Night Party – May 31st  (est. 10pm-2am)
